Roman Labyrinth

Roman Labyrinth  : the Romans inspired this creation!  It’s really tiny, measuring only 16 x 16 centimeter. The little pieces that together create this work are just under 5 mm each.  Although that small size wasn’t common in Roman mosaic art. They are better known for their huge mosaic floors utilizing much bigger blocks of marble. My “Roman Labyrinth”mimics exactly the way the Romans created their mosaics: with a hardie and a hammer. The  authentic way of making mosaics !

Would you like this kind of a mosaic in your home? I will gladly make one for you. Read here about my method and contact me.
