Progress making of I due Cavalli
In a few steps i will show you the making of the mosaic I due Cavalli . In reality more steps were needed. But these photo’s will give you a good impression of the progress on this work.
The mosaic is an optical illusion. I like that ! So here you see the making of the top. Or is it the bottom ?
Many colors, many tiny pieces of smalti. It is going slowely, but surely.
Half way through ! Time to turn the mosaic, for my arms are getting to short to reach out.
It is growing well ! On this photo you can see the temporary plastic substrate i am working on very well.
Sometimes it is just a good idea to turn the mosaic again. It is important to work ergonomic. We all have just one back ! It doesn’t matter for the final result, you just need to follow the plan.
